While your advocate may be a licensed nurse, Grace Healthcare Advocacy does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services. All medical care decisions, diagnoses, and treatments remain the responsibility of your licensed healthcare providers, whether traditional or alternative.

Our role is to:

Help you understand medical information
Support informed decision-making
Assist with communication and advocacy
Provide emotional and informational support

Grace Healthcare Advocacy does not replace your healthcare providers and does not interfere with medical decision-making. You are always in charge of your care.

Her work in healthcare advocacy is rooted in both clinical expertise and lived experience. As a House Supervisor and healthcare leader, Michelle has guided patients, families, and care teams through emergencies, high-stakes decisions, and emotionally charged moments. She understands how overwhelming the healthcare system can feel, and she believes no one should have to walk through it alone.
